The 'Dnyaneshwari' of the great saint Dnyaneshwar Mauli and the ' Abhang Gatha ' of Jagadguru Tukaram Maharaj are of immense importance to the Marathi people. Mauli's Dnyaneshwari laid the foundation of the spiritual life of Maharashtra , and the Abhangs of Jagadguru culminated it. This Abhang Gatha of Tukobara emerged from the heat imposed by the then social system and stands as a strong foundation for our lives even today. Even today, we can hear the Abhangs in this Gatha in the form of sayings, proverbs , and phrases used by the Marathi people. In total, even after 350 years, we see Saint Tukaram living through his immortal compositions in our daily lives. To take this philosophy of Jagadguru to the new generation, famous director Digpal Lanjekar is bringing a new film ' Abhang Tukaram ' on November 7. Panorama Studios, a renowned production company, is the presenter of this film.
The religious contractors of the then social system ordered to immerse the Abhanga Gatha of Saint Tukaram in the Indrayani. Then Saint Tukobaraya accepted this challenge and immersed the Gatha in the river. Then how did these Gathas float ? What message was conveyed from it ? And in all this, what sacrifices did the entire society make for the sake of devotion and love for Saint Tukaram ? This has been depicted in a thrilling and at the same time emotional way in the film ' Abhanga Tukaram ' . The motion teaser poster of this film has recently been released. In it, we see the Abhanga papers rising with the waves of water. Along with it, we see Saint Tukobaraya in the background. Who is seen stretching his hands towards the sky and making a sound. The rising sun in front of him is spreading rays of hope. At the same time, Tukobaraya's immortal composition "Jethe Jato Taha Tu Maja Sangati" is being heard from the group in a very melodious voice. To that tune, the title of the film, ' Abhang Tukaram ', is seen taking shape in the sky in a magnificent form, highlighting the unbroken nature of Saint Tukaram and his compositions.
The title of the film, presented with such beautiful technical precision, has become a subject of curiosity and emotional anticipation among the fans. The story and dialogues of this film are by famous writer Yogesh Soman , and Digpal Lanjekar, who has proven his study of the Warkari sect through the film 'Sant Dnyaneshwaranchi Muktai ', has handled the responsibility of screenplay and direction. Warkari music is the soul of the film. Since the subject is Abhang saga, as many as 10 Abhangs have been included in this film. Famous singer-composer Avadhoot Gandhi, who created the wonderful music of the film ' Sant Dnyaneshwaranchi Muktai ' , has handled the music of this film.
