  CRISIL   revises   Indiabulls   Housing   Finance   rating   to   AA   [Stable   outlook]   from   AA   [Negative   outlook] March   31,   2021,  This is with reference to the communication Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited [IBH] received from the rating   agency CRISIL on March 31, 2021. The rating committee of CRISIL has upgraded the Company’s outlook to   Stable   from   Negative. The long-term credit rating of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has been reaffirmed at “CRISIL AA”. Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions, Inc wins INR 890 crore order in USA Mumbai, March 31, 2021 : Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions, Inc (SWSS), the US subsidiary of Sterling and Wilson Solar Limited (SWSL) (BSE Scrip Code: 542760; NSE Symbol: SWSOLAR), announced that it has signed an order worth USD 121.7 million (~ INR 890 crore) in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States of America. Haridwar based, V-Marc India subscribed 1.54 times on issue closing Mumbai, March 31, 2021:   Wires and Cables manufacturer, V-Marc India Ltd;   received bids of 92,49,000 shares against the offered  60,00,000 equity shares , as per the 5:00 pm data available on NSE. While the Non-Institutional Investor category was subscribed 1.44 times, the portion reserved for retail investors was subscribed 1.80 times.
