The final round of Natya Parishad's one act competition will be held on October 19

 

A one act competition has been recently organized under the branch of 'All India Marathi Theater Council' and the final round of this competition will be held on Thursday 19th October from 10 am at Yashwantrao Chavan Natya Sanskul , Matunga , Mumbai .

 

The preliminary round of All India Marathi Theater Council 's ' Inter-Branch One Act Competition ' was concluded at Amravati on 2nd October , Pimpri Chinchwad , Kolhapur and Solapur on 8th October and Mumbai on 10th October. Amravati , Akola , Nagpur , Nagpur Sub-1 , Karanja Lad , Pimpri Chinchwad , Kothrud , Pune , Ahmednagar , Shirur , Kolhapur , Sangli , Satara , Islampur , Ichalkaranji , Beed , Solapur , Solapur Sub-1 , Mangalvedha , Beed , Nashik , Borivali , Mulund , Kalyan and Central Branch participated.

 

Among the participating branches, the best one-act plays from each center were selected for the final round, including ' Madhumoh ' from Amravati branch , ' Jahla Sohla Anupam ' from Ahmednagar branch , ' Janma Janmantar ' from Solapur branch , ' Where does this smell come from ' from Ichalkaranji , and ' A Deal ' from Nashik branch . One act will be performed in this final round.

 

This one-act competition of ' Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Natya Parishad ' got a great response. 5 singles have been selected from the qualifying round for the final round. Admission is free for the fans to watch the said competition , the President of Natya Parishad Shri. Prashant Damle and competition chief Shivaji Shinde has done it.
