Bangalore, December 9, 2024: The TiE Bangalore Antarprerana Global Summit 2024, an integral part of the TiE Global Summit 2024, today brought together an exceptional lineup of 40+ visionary speakers and entrepreneurs to explore the intersection of inner transformation and entrepreneurial impact. Held at the JN Tata Auditorium, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), the summit served as a beacon of inspiration, drawing insights from ancient wisdom and modern practices under the theme “Bridging Inner Transformation with Entrepreneurial Impact.” Organized by TiE Bangalore with KDEM as a strategic partner, the event was supported by the Government of Karnataka as the State Partner and co-hosted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), MeitY Startup Hub, India AI Mission, and Software Technology Parks of India (STPI).
The summit commenced with a Welcome Address by Shri Madan Padaki, President of TiE Bangalore and Chair of TGS24, alongside Shri Ramkumar Seshu, Board & Charter Member of TiE Bangalore and renowned author. Their opening remarks underscored the importance of harmonizing inner clarity with impactful entrepreneurial endeavors, setting the stage for a transformative day. The summit then moved into the Antarprerana Yoga session, led by Yoga Guru Dr. Raghavendra Pai, which set a reflective and empowering tone for the day. This was followed by the plenary session "The Motivation Within," opened by Shri Prashanth Prakash, Chairman of the Karnataka Vision Board, and Partner at Accel Partners, along with Sadhguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, who inspired leadership through inner transformation.

- The session "Building Purpose-Driven Organizations", moderated by Cheenu G. Srinivasan of HappYness Coaching, featured insightful perspectives from John Kusi-Mensah of HR Distribution Academy and Prasad Kalpa, Co-founder of the Institute of Indic Wisdom. It delved into the importance of identifying a clear, meaningful purpose that goes beyond profit to serve a greater cause. For individuals, this involves introspection and aligning personal strengths and values, often referred to as discovering one’s Swadharma. When organizations and individuals align their purposes, they can collectively work toward a shared vision that informs decisions and actions, resulting in enhanced employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and community impact. Regular evaluations through metrics such as surveys and feedback help maintain alignment, fostering an environment where employees, customers, and stakeholders feel connected and motivated.
- In another engaging session titled "Decision Making – The Role of Head and Heart", BV Jagadeesh of SVQuad & Falcon X and Radhika Gupta, MD & CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund, explored the interplay of logic and emotion in leadership. Gupta emphasized the importance of emotional connections and purpose in inspiring teams, particularly during challenging times, while Jagadeesh highlighted data-driven strategies for accountability and results. Together, they showcased how balancing these approaches drives innovation, resilience, and long-term success by addressing customer needs and creating meaningful value. The conversation also revealed the often-overlooked human side of leadership, offering candid reflections on the struggles behind the glamour of CEO roles. Ultimately, the discussion underscored that true leadership is about navigating complexities with purpose, empathy, and fairness, extending beyond monetary pursuits.
Throughout the day, participants engaged in multiple masterclasses covering diverse topics such as Design Thinking for Software Products, preparing for the Law in the Context of Future Technologies, AI Unlocked: Transforming Startups from Idea to Impact, Branding and Marketing, and Product-Market Fit: A Founder's Guide to Building What Customers Want. These sessions, led by industry leaders and experts, provided valuable insights and practical strategies for entrepreneurs and innovators.
In his keynote, Madan Padaki, President of TiE Bangalore and Chair of TGS24 stated, “The Antarprerana Summit bridges the gap between inner strength and entrepreneurial action. This unique platform equips leaders with the clarity, emotional intelligence, and strategies needed to create meaningful, lasting impact. The summit’s teachings are invaluable to entrepreneurs seeking a deeper sense of purpose and resilience in their journey. By harmonizing inner wisdom with actionable strategies, the program enabled over 500 participants to approach business challenges with clarity, emotional intelligence, and a focus on long-term impact.”
The program concluded with the Antarprerana Series – Experience Share, featuring personal entrepreneurial journeys from luminaries like Ram Kumar Seshu and Anita Manwani.
Experts focused on imparting strategies to empower entrepreneurs, helping them develop the discipline to translate intentions into concrete, impactful actions with key topics including personal clarity, community building, and resilience training.
