 Ganesh Consumer Products raises Rs 122.33 crore from anchor investors

Mumbai, September 19, 2025: Ganesh Consumer Products has garnered Rs 122.33 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering that opens for public subscription on September 22. The company informed the bourses that it allocated 37, 99, 362 equity shares at Rs 322 per share to anchor investors.
Some of the marquee institutions that participated in the anchor include BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, Samsung India Securities Investment Trust Equity, Dovetail India Fund, Singularity Equity Fund, PGIM India Equity Growth Opportunities Fund, Shine Star Build Cap, Bengal Finance and Investment, Rajasthan Global Securities and Subham Ventures.
 
DAM Capital Advisors and IIFL Capital are the book-running lead managers, and MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar of the issue.
IPO Details
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 0.40 crore shares worth Rs 130 crore and an offer-for-sale of 0.86 crore shares of Rs 10 face value each for Rs 278.80 crore.
 
The offer also includes a subscription reservation by eligible employees in the employee reservation portion.
The Company is proposing to open its initial public offering of Equity Shares (the “Offer”) on Monday, September 22, 2025, for subscription and close on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. The price band for the Offer has been determined at Rs 306 – Rs 322 per equity share.
The IPO will fetch Rs 409 crore at the upper end of the price band.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 46 Equity Shares and in multiples of 46 Equity Shares thereafter.
The Offer is being made through the book-building process, wherein not more than 50% of the net offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to qualified institutional buyers, not less than 15% of the net offer shall be available for allocation to non-institutional bidders, and not less than 35% of the net offer shall be available for allocation to retail individual bidders.
