Hero Motors Limited IPO lists at Rs 82.1 on the exchange, reaches a high of Rs 98.51 on BSE

 

23 September, Mumbai: Hero Motors Limited, which is one of India’s leading automotive technology companies engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and supplying highly engineered powertrain solutions catering to automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in United States, Europe, India and ASEAN region, listed at Rs 82.1 on the exchange.

 

The scrip reached a high of Rs 98.4 on the NSE and Rs 98.51 on the BSE.

 

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 1,398.43 lakh shares. On BSE the total Quantity stood at 171.66 lakh shares.

Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 1,435.5 crore.

 

The Market Capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 4,474.48 crore as per BSE, and Rs 4,469.48 crore as per NSE.

 

The company had offered a nearly Rs 1,000 crore issue for subscription from Wednesday, September 16, 2026, to Friday, September 18, 2026.

 

The initial public offering (IPO) of Hero Motors was subscribed 6.66 times. The book-building issue received bids for 58,97,26,638 shares against 8,86,07,596 shares offered.

 

Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) portion was subscribed 9.86 times. Retail Investors portion was subscribed 8.23 times, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion was subscribed 1.49 times.
