Actor Imran Khan’s next mini-series ‘Nancy’ will take you on a roller coaster of emotions.
Actor Imran Khan will soon complete 3 decades in the entertainment industry, however the actor keeps coming up with new ways to keep his audience entertained. The actor- director is all set to release a mini series titled Nancy which will be a depiction of a middle class family and the situations they have faced inorder to make ends meet in difficult situations such as lockdown.
“Nancy is a real life based story, we can find families like these all around us due to the existing Covid-19 situations. Not many people know the difficult situations and compromises people have been facing or going through during this pandemic. With this mini-series I wish that people understand that even though the times we are living in right now are difficult but situations will change and improve, all we have to do is have faith and not forget our roots and values” explained the actor-director Imran Khan when asked about his mini-series.
When asked about his inspiration behind this series Imran further explained, “ I came up with this idea during the lockdown itself and I made sure to be ready with all be preparations for the shoot as I knew I wanted to shoot it as soon as the lockdown was lifted. I hope people appreciate the labour of our work and understand what we are trying to portray via this mini-series.”
The series also stars Charu Kadariya, Pritti Cheshtta, Sonia, Rahul Vats and Amita Nangia. The 4 episodic is written, directed & acted by the actor himself Imran Khan.
The mini-series will be releasing soon and will be available on MX player and Ullu
